Some plant photographs taken in the Barcelona Botanical Gardens, Montjuic, in March 2004.
The new Botanic Garden of Barcelona was opened in April 1999 and is still in its infancy but the potential is  immense.
The garden is  designed around 8 regions, displaying plants from
Australia, Chile, North America, South & North Africa, Eastern Mediterranean, Iberia and The Canaries.
