Once again, The Alpine Garden is pleased to be able to present photos from the highly successful stand created by the East Lancashire Group's John Dower and his team on behalf of the Alpine Garden Society at the RHS Show held in Tatton Park, Cheshire, UK in July of 2004.

John, who has designed and built these gardens for a number of years was rewarded this year with a Silver Gilt Medal for the exhibit, entitled the Backyard Garden,  which attracted a large and enthusiastic crowd over the five days of the Show and proved to be one of the most visited attractions.

Our congratulations once again go to John and his team for designing and building this award winning garden and for securing 42 new members for the AGS.
